This summer has been relentless. Scorching and muggy days, with stuffy nights that just don’t seem be ending anytime soon. I catch myself longing for sunsets at 4:45pm and chilly nights that make me want to dress in layers. To say that I’m excited for Fall is an understatement. I pretty much love everything about it, and the food is no exception. To keep me looking forward to the autumn season, I’ve rounded up some of the best looking Fall recipes I could find. I hope you enjoy.

2. Pumpkin Pecan Baked Brie
Baked Brie is probably one of my favorite ways to enjoy cheese. It’s creamy and perfectly suited for almost any bread or cracker. To make this dish Fall-ready, the Brie is topped with pumpkin butter, wrapped in pastry dough and then topped with crunchy pecans. This is seriously the essence of Fall, all neatly tied together in a mouth-watering flaky crust!

3. Creamy Butternut Squash Alfredo
Pumpkin isn’t the only gourd in town during the Autumn season- there are plenty of other squashes (hope that’s a word!) that are totally delicious. Creamy and nutty butternut squash is one of my favorites and this alfredo looks SO good. It’s a nice change to traditional spaghetti, and yes, that IS bacon on top. Could this meal get any better?

4. Apple Cider Chicken with Caramelized Apples
Fall conjures up fun images of apple picking (at least it does for me) and that’s what make this dish a perfect autumn recipe. The chicken is made to simmer in a tasty apple cider vinegar sauce, that will sit alongside deliciously caramelized apples. This recipe is Fall perfection.
