This grant will award eligible SIOP members $500 each to help offset caregiving costs associated with attending the 2024 SIOP Annual Conference in Chicago or virtually. The cost of living in the GTA is skyrocketing and young people can't find affordable places to live. Older-adults are struggling while living alone at home while waiting for beds in Long Term Care facilities but are on 5-7 year waitlists. Why not find a solution to both problems with one strategy?
